Request account deletion.

You can request deletion of your ARRHIA customer account and associated personal data here, whether you use our Android app or website. You do not need to reinstall the app or sign in to submit a request.

Our support team will verify that you own the account before processing your request. A request does not immediately delete your account. We may need to retain transaction, accounting, dispute, security or fraud-prevention records for legitimate obligations, as described in our Privacy Statement. The team will explain any records that must be retained when handling your request.
