Growth/Marketing Manager

Responsibilities Plan campaigns to attract suitable businesses and customers. Coordinate marketers, assign agreed tasks and follow up on results. Help prospective partners understand ARRHIA and complete onboarding. Track leads, verified registrations, partner activation and campaign performance. Identify onboarding difficulties and share practical improvements with the team. Represent ARRHIA honestly, without promising unapproved benefits or earnings. Requirements Experience in marketing, sales, business development or community growth. Ability to lead people, organise outreach and communicate clearly. Confidence speaking with business owners and following up professionally. Ability to report results and work independently online. Commission terms This role does not offer a guaranteed monthly salary. Commission amounts, qualifying tasks and completion criteria will be communicated before work begins. Payment is earned when the agreed criteria are met and verified.
