1. Agreement

By creating an account, placing an order, making a booking, submitting an asset request or otherwise using the Marketplace, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies incorporated by reference.

2. Marketplace role

The Marketplace may sell its own products and may also enable independent Partners to offer products, services or assets. Where a Partner is identified as the provider or seller, that Partner remains responsible for its listing, professional service, asset and fulfilment obligations, subject to Marketplace rules and protections.

3. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and promptly notify Support of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

4. Orders, bookings and requests

Availability, pricing, fees, taxes, fulfilment options and estimated times may be confirmed or revalidated before payment. An order or booking is not considered paid merely because a browser redirects; payment must be verified by the server. We may reject or cancel transactions affected by pricing errors, stock failures, suspected fraud, prohibited activity or legal restrictions, with appropriate refund handling.

5. Pricing and payment

Displayed prices and fees apply as presented at confirmation, subject to correction of obvious errors before completion. Payments may use supported gateways, Marketplace Credit, rewards or permitted combinations. Third-party payment providers may impose their own terms.

6. Marketplace Credit and rewards

Marketplace Credit is governed by the Marketplace Credit Policy. Rewards are promotional benefits, are not cash, may be subject to earning/redemption rules and may be reversed when a qualifying transaction is cancelled or refunded.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Eligibility and processing are governed by the Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy. Some services, personalized items, perishable goods, completed services or asset-related fees may have different cancellation/refund treatment where permitted by law and clearly disclosed.

8. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Marketplace, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate reviews/promotions/rewards, submit fraudulent transactions, scrape protected systems at harmful scale, or use the service for unlawful or prohibited goods and services.

9. Intellectual property

Marketplace branding, software, interface and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Partner and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, suspend or modify parts of the Marketplace. Planned maintenance may temporarily restrict access. We aim to preserve confirmed financial and transaction records through such changes.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to losses that are reasonably foreseeable and directly caused by our breach. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

12. Governing rules and disputes

These Terms are interpreted under the law applicable to the Marketplace operator and customer transaction. Parties should first contact Support so complaints can be reviewed and resolved promptly. Mandatory statutory dispute rights remain unaffected.

13. Changes

The current effective date and version are displayed on this page. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by law; where a fresh express consent is required, we may ask for it.
